My work has been featured in the BBC, as well as in National Geographic. Additionally, one of my photos was selected for the 35awards catalog, and others have been exhibited at educational events organized by CIMASUB and the University of Seville. My work has also been highlighted in the South China Morning Post and regularly shared by various NGOs and diving photography or conservation accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or the reference website for species identification in the Mediterranean Sea www.litoraldegranada.ugr.es.
Due to the conservation message and creativity of my work, some magazines and books have chosen my images for their covers. My picture "Cave of Wonders" was featured in the cover of DIVER magazine, Britain's best-selling diving magazine. Additionally, my "Disappearing Fishes" have been featured as the cover image for significant publications by Johns Hopkins University Press and Elsevier Academic Press.
I've had the honor of sharing my expertise and passion for underwater photography through various platforms and publications. I was an invited photographer for SFUPS (South Florida Underwater Photography Society), where I presented a webinar, and I have been featured on the Waterdog Photography Blog. My fractalius tutorial was published in the prestigious Underwater Photography Guide, and I contributed a Christmas greeting for FEDAS (Spanish Federation of Underwater Activities). My work has also been showcased in Igluu Magazine and Let's Dive Magazine. Additionally, I was invited to feature on the Housing Camera Blog and was named Photographer of the Week on Dive Photo Guide.
As a biologist and underwater photographer, collaborating with NGOs not only fulfills my goals but also makes all the effort and investment worthwhile. In this regard, Asociación HyT has entrusted me as an external collaborator. I have participated in various projects, such as the publication of Sustainable Diving Guides, coral restoration actions, studies aimed at proposing marine protected areas, etc.
